Tri-Spiral Cigar Box

This flat square cigar-style box has a beautiful interlaced celtic/viking knotwork design on the lid.  Excellent for either a man or woman who loves knotwork design, fantasy, or historical items.

The box is approx 8.5″ square, and stands approx 2″ tall.  It is constructed of wood, and has a clasp. Coloration on the lid is brought about entirely with handmade pyrography applied by the artist using a heated pen to create shading and shadow. It has been treated with a light coat of danish oil to bring out the grain of the wood and produce a golden shade, and shellac to protect the design.
